NEW BUSnTFSS (Cont.) <br />c. conrinuea... <br />Q <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />'ssion approved Resolution No. 991 <br />app raving the transfer of real property <br />to the City of South Bend (Parcels M4 -12 <br />& M4-13) <br />Ms. Manier noted that the Commission <br />approved the subleases for the property <br />at 10 E. South Street at its April 12 <br />mee ing. However, there was a minor <br />r in the legal description and <br />Res6lution No. 992 corrects that error. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Coimiission approved Resolution No. 992 <br />ameiding Resolution No. 980 approving a <br />sub ease of real property to the City of <br />South Bend (310 E. South Street). <br />Mrs. Kolatalaasked permission to add Resolution <br />No. 994 to the agenda as item 6.d -1. <br />d -1. <br />Mrs Kolata explained that Parcel M3 -1 is <br />the lot east of 310 E. South Street.
