The <br />1ple sublease arrangement is <br />ssary because the Authority must <br />Ltain title to the property for the <br />of the bond used to purchase it. <br />Mr. Donoho asked if there was interest in <br />the property. Mrs. Kolata responded that <br />the Housing Development Corporation and <br />Habitat for Humanity have expressed <br />intAxest in this and the properties to be <br />co idered in items 6.c. and 6.d. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried the <br />'ssion approved Resolution No. 993 <br />approving a sublease of real property to <br />the City of South Bend (Parcel M4 -15). <br />Mrs <br />The <br />Of <br />Kolata noted that the Commission <br />this property at the corner of <br />ibia and Bronson Streets.
