THERE WAS NO STAFF REPORT <br />Mrs Kolata explained that in 1989 Jerome <br />Mickeels and Richard McCloskey presented <br />quotes for appraisals in the 1200 and <br />1300 blocks of West Washington and for <br />accittisition along Chapin Street. We are <br />ready to proceed with the appraisals on <br />Chapin Street, but the'prcposals are <br />new-ly two years old. Mr. Michaels and <br />Mr. McCloskey have agreed to keep their <br />original quotes except for one commercial <br />structure. Both have raised the cost <br />$200 for appraisal of the com ercial <br />structure. The staff believes that is a <br />r nable increase. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE INCREASE <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the IN THE COST OF APPRAISALS FOR THE <br />Coimussion approved the increase in the COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ON CHAPIN <br />cost of appraisals for the conze=ial STREET <br />property on Chapin Street. <br />Mrs. K <br />busy c <br />in the <br />and in <br />8.
