William <br />*includes $5,086 contingency <br />Mrs Kolata asked that this item be <br />continued indefinitely. <br />Mr. Piasecki asked if there was any <br />objection to continuing this item <br />indefinitely. There were no objections <br />and item 6.a. was continued. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the Marriott Hotel <br />has requested permission to use the plaza <br />dur the International Plate Collectors <br />Convention for an outdoor reception. The <br />'ssion leases the property from the <br />Aut4ority and must approve the request. <br />Mr. Donoho asked who was carrying <br />instm-ance on the event and if alcohol <br />would be served.
