The Studebaker <br />Co idor Development Area will be <br />expanded by 17 acres along a strip <br />rurudng south from the railroad tracks to <br />Indiana Avenue between Main Street and <br />South Michigan Street. The area includes <br />the west side of South Michigan Street. <br />The area is primarily a ccnmercial and <br />licjtt industrial area. Some of the <br />comercial use is viable and some is <br />not The addition of this area to the <br />Studebaker Corridor Development Area will <br />in ease the development opportunities <br />for this area. The South Gateway <br />Imp#ovement Association supports this <br />Mrs Kolata noted that Resolution No. 986 <br />is only being filed at this time. We <br />will. hold a public hearing on the <br />resolution at the April 12th Commission <br />meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by lyjr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Ccimission accepted for filing Resolution <br />No. 986 and set 10:00 am., April 12, <br />199 1986. , for a Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. <br />M <br />Kolata reported that the staff has <br />tigated the issue Mr. Cronk raised <br />ding relocation assistance for <br />rty located at 1245 W.
