Therefore, the <br />sta <br />f recommends that the Comomi.ssion set <br />a n <br />' purchase price of $1,000. <br />Upon <br />a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. <br />Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the <br />Comumission approved Resolution <br />No. <br />977 relating to acquisition of <br />within the South Bend Central <br />prc4exty <br />Development <br />Area by eminent dcmain. <br />Contission <br />a roval reauested for <br />No. 978 declaring its intent <br />Resolution <br />to camly <br />with the Federal Uniform <br />cations Assistance and Real Property <br />Relc <br />Acm <br />'sition Policies Act of 1970 <br />U.S.C. Sec. 4601 -4655 and ratifyincr <br />42 <br />actions <br />taken t thereto. <br />Kolata explained that when the <br />Mrs <br />department <br />uses federal funds for <br />acgLisition <br />we must follow the Federal <br />Uniform <br />Relocation Act. men local funds <br />are <br />used, state law applies.
