IM <br />C. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission referred the architectural <br />design proposals for renovation and <br />rehabilitation of the Morris Civic <br />Aud4torium and Palais Royale to the staff <br />for review. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that we have had a <br />reqLest from the Office of Ccum unity <br />Affairs to use the parking lots at the <br />corner of Washington between Michigan <br />Street and St. Joseph Street to allow for <br />parking and booths in connection with the <br />World's Largest Garage Sale.
