They should be <br />26, 7,28,29. Those numbers appear two <br />places in the resolution. We call it <br />24-27 and it should be 26 -29. <br />Upo i a motion made by Mr. Doncho, <br />sec nded by Mr. Combs and unanimously <br />car ied, the Cmmmission approved <br />SUb,titute Resolution No. 962 with the <br />mod fications as listed by K.C. Pocius <br />and I Mrs. Kolata. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that at its last <br />meeting the Commission considered a <br />proposal from Walker Parking Consultants <br />to prepare a maintenance manual for the <br />St. Joseph/Wayne Parking Garage. The <br />Contission asked us to go back and <br />negotiate a better price for the <br />preparation of the maintenance manual. <br />W er has come down $250.00 in the <br />actual manual proposal and has taken <br />$250.00 off of the reimbursable amount. <br />The manual will then cost $5,700 with up <br />to $1,050 in reimbursables. This manual <br />is ecessary to list the type of <br />ma' tenance that is required and how it <br />should be done. It will also include a <br />maintenance budget for the next 10 <br />yeats. We recommend that we hire Walker <br />to do this work for us. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Combs seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposal with <br />Waller Parking Consultants and Engineers <br />for the preparation'of a Maintenance <br />Man for the St. Joseph/Wayne parking <br />mc <br />CCEMISSION APPROVED SUBSTITUTE <br />RESOIDTION NO. 962 WITH <br />MODIFICATIONS. <br />COMMISSION ILSSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL <br />WITH WA= PARKING CONSULTANTS <br />AND ENGINEERS FOR THE PREPARATION <br />OF A MAINTENANCE MANUAL FOR THE <br />ST.
