He recently <br />punliased the business from his family. <br />The property just changed hands from John <br />McKeagle which is the name that also <br />a on some of the documents. He <br />wasi i 't able to make the last meeting <br />use of a death in the family. He <br />wou d like to have the same opportunity <br />to 'scuss his situation with the staff. <br />He uld like to be part of the new <br />S ebaker Corridor. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that the staff would be <br />glad to carne out and meet with him. The <br />pr that's on the list is not his <br />main building or main storage yard. It <br />is old railroad right-of-way adjacent to <br />his property. It is a very large piece <br />of cant land and we would recommend to <br />the Commission that it be kept on the <br />acglisition list for now. That doesn't <br />mean that you'll get a purchase offer. It <br />mewLs that we intend to acquire your <br />pro but we'll be glad to discuss <br />this; with you. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if anyone else had any <br />Ms. Kolata stated there was one other <br />reccomendation that we'd like to change <br />in the resolution as it was published. <br />-8- <br />
