In the near future we <br />will work out a more detailed site plan <br />whigh allows for the redevelopment of the <br />entire property, and block needed for the <br />par lot of the Dew Drop Inn. This <br />may mean acquiring some of the parcels <br />now being taken off the acquisition list. <br />One single lot known as parcel 20 -3 which <br />shoLL1d not have been on the acquisition <br />list. is recommended to be removed from <br />that list. It is a portion of the <br />Schaefer Gear building. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that we are going to be <br />worl,ing with the surveyor who did the <br />work for us on the Studebaker Corridor to <br />loo at Block 10, which is where American <br />Medi cal Oxgyen and the Ridge Company are <br />loc4ted to try to delineate better access <br />
