Mr. <br />Ziolkawski has plans to develop part of <br />the property to include approximately <br />5,0 0 s.f. of new development. Mr. <br />Z101kowski also agreed to clean up and <br />lar4scape the area surrounding the <br />sto#age yard. <br />The next staff recommendation for Omega <br />pro ies (Calvin Murdock) is to remove <br />all parcels in Block 5 from the <br />acquisition list. Mr. Murdock intends to <br />comstruct a new 5,000 square foot office <br />building on that property as well as to <br />construct a larger storage facility. He <br />also agreed to cleanup and landscape the <br />areas around the storage yard. <br />Also to be taken off the list is a vacant <br />lot owned by Universal Paint Co. (William <br />Fo n). This lot is necessary for any <br />future expansion of their parking area. <br />We ere recomwnding that property owned <br />by Imerican Medical Oxygen Ccapany be <br />reixved from the acquisition list because <br />the property is necessary for the future <br />expansion of their building and also for <br />nee <br />led parking and storage by American <br />Medical Oxygen. <br />Staff Reccmnendation <br />Remove 17- 19,20,21,23 <br />from acquis. list, <br />leave remainder on <br />list. <br />Remove from acquis.list <br />(should not have been <br />on list) <br />
