If <br />you want this development, that's OK with <br />me ]put I just want a fair deal. <br />Ms. Auburn stated to Mr. Penn that <br />tabling this issue doesn't address what <br />you Ire asking for. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that if we had the <br />app isals then we would know what to <br />staft from in our discussions with you. <br />Mrs Pendl stated that we wanted the <br />appraisals when the ground looked its <br />best. We need to fix our homes up. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that the appraiser will <br />sucjcrest a date and if it's not convenient <br />for you they'll get another date. <br />Mr. Pendl stated they might as well get <br />it over with. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that it will take them <br />about a month from the time they visit <br />y property before we have a report. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that we need to know <br />thio before we send him a purchase offer <br />and Ithat will be a long time yet. <br />Ms. Auburn stated that what we are doing <br />is ing the project along. As a <br />Ccomission, when the appraisals come in, <br />we it down and have access to that <br />information and we will be back and have <br />more discussions with you.
