You made that statement, you <br />di 't want an appraisal where they <br />couldn't see the property. You also <br />reqpiested that all correspondence to you <br />be sent certified. We asked the <br />appraisers to follow your instructions <br />and to send you certified mail. <br />Ms. <br />are <br />Auburn stated to Mr. Pendl that there <br />same legal steps for us to follow. <br />Mr. Pendl stated that we hadn't really <br />bemi notified until Ann sent this letter <br />the other day. I can't <br />tell you today what we're going to offer <br />you <br />Mr. Pendl asked if they could promise him <br />that he could replace what I've got the <br />way it is somewhere else.
