NEW BUSTNNFSS (Cont.) <br />i. continued... <br />7• <br />k. <br />a motion made by Mr. Piaseaki, <br />ided by Mr. Donoho and unanimously <br />.ed, the Commission approved Contract <br />ATEC, Proposal No. PE- 90609B for a <br />II investigation Underground <br />Lge Tank Soil Boring program in an <br />it not to exceed $17,730.00. <br />Mr. Pocius stated the last proposal is <br />PE-90609C and involves the testing of two <br />and and storage tanks which are <br />undE.rneath a gasoline service station. <br />The two gasoline tanks are to be tested <br />for tightness. The total cost is <br />S980.00. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED CONTRACT WITH <br />ATEC ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS <br />PROPOSAL NO. PE- 90609B PHASE II <br />INVESTIGATION, UNDERGROUND <br />STORAGE TANK SOIL BORING PROGRAM <br />IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED <br />$17,730.00. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, CCRAISSION APPROVED CONTRACT NO. <br />seconded by Mr. Combs and unanimously PE- 90609C WITH ATEC ENVIRONMENTAL <br />can-ied, the Commission approved Contract CONSULTANTS FOR TANK TESTING ON <br />No. PE- 90609C with ATEC for tank testing IOT TWELVE IN THE STUDEBAKER <br />on Iot Twelve for $980.00. CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT AREA FOR <br />$980.00. <br />Mr. <br />The <br />FS' <br />iunt stated that environmental law is <br />a highly specialized body of <br />Ledge and practice, the staff is <br />amending that Baker and Daniels be <br />i to work with both the Redevelopment <br />E and the City's legal Department. <br />JEA staff has had the opportunity to <br />with Baker and Daniel's Indianapolis <br />m concerning the Torrington building <br />?rcperty which is being considered <br />-8- <br />
