This contract <br />involves a hand auger soil sampling <br />testing program on several lots within <br />the study area. <br />a motion made by Mr. Piasecki <br />ded by Mr. Donoho and unanimously <br />ed, the Commission approved Contract <br />609 with ATEC for not to exceed <br />t of $17,925.00. <br />Mr. Pocius said the next contract is <br />PE-90609B and this entails an underground <br />storage tank soil boring sampling and <br />testing program. These tests will occur <br />on the previously mentioned Avanti lot <br />and three other lots in the study area. <br />Through ATEC's initial examination they <br />were able to identify seven underground <br />storage tanks on various lots in the <br />study area. This proposal will do soil <br />borings around the seven tanks to <br />determine if there has been a leak or <br />spillage from the tanks into the <br />surrmyling soil.
