She indicated that our purpose for <br />doing these tests is to find out before <br />we purchase the property what kind of <br />environmental problems we have, because <br />that. will impact our purchase price. <br />Upor. a motion made by Mr. Combs, seconded <br />by Dr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Ccmission approved the Contract with <br />ATEC for PE -90607 for Phase II <br />Izwestigation Groundwater Sampling and <br />Tes ing Program on Lot One. <br />Mr. Pocius stated that Contract 09 -1138 <br />is for asbestos consulting services in <br />all the commercial buildings in our study <br />area. The contract includes the <br />investigation and sampling of asbestos in <br />buildings in the study area. This must <br />be cone prior to demolition of any <br />building.
