NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />g. con�inuea... <br />h. <br />i. <br />Mrs Kolata stated the second counter <br />offer is for Parcel W32 -15 located at <br />1327 W. Washington. The owner is Frances <br />Watson and we are reccmmending acceptance <br />of her counter offer of $17,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the counter offer of $17,500 for Parcel <br />W32-15 was accepted. <br />Mrs Kolata stated that we issued our <br />Cer:ificate of Completion earlier this <br />y because it was needed for the <br />pernanent financing, but we withheld the <br />guarantee deposit because of outstanding <br />iteans. The Commission said it would <br />release the $30,000 when all items were <br />ccq)lete. Larry Koepfle reported that <br />all items were now complete. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried the <br />Ccxmftission authorized the return of the <br />deposit of $30,000 related to the Pointe <br />at t. Joseph Apartments. <br />Mrs Kolata stated that there are a <br />of roads that need to be <br />des grid. We've hired Cole Associates <br />to do our internal road design which we <br />are funding with the bond issue. The <br />f' bond issue was also to pay for <br />des gn of roads that we hope will be <br />ed by the State of Indiana and Toll <br />Roa Authority and we would like to ask <br />-22- <br />CXHMISSION ACCEPTED THE OFFER OF <br />$17,500 FOR PARCEL W32 -15 IN THE <br />WEST WASHINGPON- CHAPIN <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />
