There <br />was no objection and the Commission <br />cohsidered Substitute Resolution <br />No 937. <br />Mr Nimtz asked if there was any <br />objection to entering the items for <br />lic hearing into the record. There <br />no objection and the items were <br />en ed into the record. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No 937 amends the Development Plan in <br />ways. The first change is the <br />acklition of an acquisition list. When <br />the development area was established, we <br />did not list any properties on our <br />acquisition list. We are proposing to <br />add approximately 35 properties to the <br />list. They are primarily residential <br />p perties south of Sample Street, the <br />A ti building, the Borden building, <br />th Policemen's Federal Credit Union <br />b lding, and a lot used by Hamilton <br />Shop for storage of vehicles. <br />Kolata noted that this is not a <br />caiplete list of all property we intend <br />to acquire in the area. other <br />properties to be added to the <br />accpisition list will be considered at a <br />la time. <br />second change to the Development <br />i is to establish a Design Review <br />Littee which would review all plans <br />exterior improvements within the <br />-4- <br />
