South Bend edevelcpment Commission <br />Rescheduled I Regular Meeting - June 27, 1990 <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Mrs. Ko ata noted that the only comuunication <br />is in nnection with an agenda item and will <br />be deal with at that time. <br />There wis no old business. <br />a. <br />Kolata asked that the following <br />ibms for public hearing be entered into <br />the record: 1) an original of the <br />"Notice of Public Hearing on Amendment <br />to the Studebaker Corridor Development <br />Plan;" 2) an affidavit of Carol Smith, <br />Classified Manager of the South Bend <br />Tribune, that the Notice of Hearing was <br />p lished in that daily newspaper on <br />Jinie 15, 1990; 3) an affidavit of Cherie <br />Jolly, Managing Editor of the Tri- County <br />News, that the Notice of Hearing was <br />p lished in that weekly newspaper on <br />June 15, 1990; 4) a copy of the mailing <br />1 is for property owners affected by <br />Resolution No. 937. These property <br />am ers were sent a copy of the Notice of <br />Hearing on June 15, 1990. 5) a list of <br />ne yhborhood associations who previously <br />registered with the Redevelopment <br />Cm.mission concerning the Studebaker <br />Co idor Development Area. These <br />ne ghborhood associations were sent a <br />copy of the Notice of Hearing on June <br />15 1990. 6) a copy of Resolution No. <br />93 which is the subject of the public <br />hearirxj. Mrs. Kolata noted that as of <br />4:00 p.m. on June 27, 1990, 1 <br />written remonstrance was received, <br />reciardinq the Policemen's Federal Credit <br />Kolata asked that the Commission <br />isider Substitute Resolution No. 937. <br />;.
