This will require an <br />ameikbient to the existing Design Review <br />Ordinance by the Common Council. Mrs. <br />Kol to noted that the staff will develop <br />a set of design guidelines for the <br />S ebaker Corridor and will bring them <br />before the Commission for approval at a <br />labx date. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that we would like to <br />publish Notice of Public Hearing on June <br />15, 1990, setting the Public Hearing for <br />June 27, 1990 at 4:00 p.m. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the filing of <br />Resolution No. 937 amending the <br />Studebaker Corridor Development Plan and <br />set the date for Public Hearing on <br />Re-solution No. 937 for June 27, 1990 at <br />4:00 P.M. <br />Ms. Hickey explained that it was brought <br />to cur attention that there were some <br />non sales areas in the Osco Drug Store <br />building which contained asbestos. As a <br />precautionary measure we retained an <br />environmental consultant and are putting <br />together plans and specifications for <br />rem,val of the asbestos.
