As <br />owners of the building, we feel we should <br />be responsible for the cleanup. The work <br />wil be done during non - busines hours. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Coombs and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized requesting the <br />Board of Public Works to oversee the <br />bickiing process and asbestos removal for <br />property located at 128 S. Michigan <br />Str t (Osco Drug Store). <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the CCA building <br />presently has a leak in the roof. We <br />have received two proposals for repairing <br />the roof: All Weather Exteriors for $875 <br />and Eakins Roofing for $3,500.
