It was approved by the <br />AWea Plan Commission at their May <br />meeting. We expect it to be approved by <br />the Common Council on June 11th. We <br />would like to publish the Notice of <br />Pub is Hearing on June 15th, setting the <br />Public Hearing for June 27, 1990 at 4:00 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />CoimLission set the Public Hearing <br />con Resolution No. 919 for June <br />27, 1990 at 4:00 p.m. and authorized the <br />publication of the Notice of Public <br />Mrs Kolata noted that Resolution No. 937 <br />amerds the Studebaker Corridor <br />Development Plan by establishing an <br />acqLdsition list for the Studebaker <br />Corridor. The acquisition list includes <br />the residential properties south of <br />Saiqile Street, the Avanti building, the <br />yard of the Hamilton Body Shop, the <br />Borden's building, and the Police Credit <br />Union. Mrs. Kolata noted that the <br />Stardard Surplus property is listed on <br />the acquisition list, but is not intended <br />to there and should be stricken. <br />.ion No. 937 also establishes a <br />review requirement for the area, <br />that it be incorporated into the <br />COWUSSION SET THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />CONCERNING RESOLUTION NO. 919 FOR <br />JUNE 27, 1990 AT 4:00 P.M.
