The Certificate of Waiver <br />forcrives <br />four years of payment on the <br />Rental <br />Rehab Loan because the owner has <br />met <br />the requirements of the program. It <br />waives <br />$691.50 for each of the years <br />1987, <br />1988, 1989, and 1990. <br />Upon <br />a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />C0 MItSSION APPROVED THE <br />Mr. <br />Carobs and unanimously carried, the <br />CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER FOR JACK <br />'ssion approved the Certificate of <br />AND MAY REED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br />Wai <br />er for Jack and Mary Reed for <br />AT 403 N. STUDEBA= <br />pro0erty <br />located at 403 N. Studebaker. <br />C. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Willie Payne, <br />owner of parcel W32 -20, has offered to <br />sell his property for $5,500.
