CamLission <br />a roval recruested for <br />Certificate <br />of Waiver for Jack and Mary <br />RENkI <br />for ro <br />perty located at 403 N. <br />Stu <br />ebaker. <br />Mrs <br />Kolata noted for the record that <br />Jack <br />Reed is the Administrative Assistant <br />to the <br />Mayor. The Certificate of Waiver <br />forcrives <br />four years of payment on the <br />Rental <br />Rehab Loan because the owner has <br />met <br />the requirements of the program. It <br />waives <br />$691.50 for each of the years <br />1987, <br />1988, 1989, and 1990. <br />Upon <br />a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />C0 MItSSION APPROVED THE <br />Mr. <br />Carobs and unanimously carried, the <br />CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER FOR JACK <br />'ssion approved the Certificate of <br />AND MAY REED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br />Wai <br />er for Jack and Mary Reed for <br />AT 403 N. STUDEBA= <br />pro0erty <br />located at 403 N. Studebaker. <br />C. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Willie Payne, <br />owner of parcel W32 -20, has offered to <br />sell his property for $5,500. The staff <br />reacmme.nds accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Doncho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the counter offer of <br />Willie Payne for parcel W32 -20 in the <br />amount of $5,500. <br />-5- <br />CxONMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER <br />OFFER OF WILLIE PAYNE FOR PARCEL <br />W32 -20 IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,500 <br />
