Develoummt Mrs. Kolata entered the following items related to the public hearing into the record: 1) an original Notice of Hearing on the Amendment to the West Wa gton- Chapin Area Development Plan; 2) m affidavit from Carol Smith, Cla5sified Manager of the South Bend Tr' une, that the Notice of Hearing was pub ished in that newspaper on February 9, 990; 3) an affidavit from Brian Kni ple, owner of the Tri- County News, tha the Notice of Public Hearing was published in that newspaper on February 9, 990; 4) a list of the property owners affected by Resolution No. 908 who were sen a copy of the legal notice on February 8, 1990; 5) copies of letters sen to four affected neighborhood orcj mizations (Near Westside Neighborhood Ong mization, South Bend Heritage Fou idation, West Washington - Chapin Rev talization Project, and the Urban En rise Association), mailed on Feb 8, 1990; 6) a copy of Resolution No. 908 which is the subject of the Public Hearing. As of 10:00 a.m. Feb1mary 23, 1990, two written renOnstrances have been received. Mr. Nimtz asked if there was objection to entExing these items into the record. Theae was no objection and the items were received into the record. Mr. Norris: The Plan and everything we hay done to bring us here today is the result of cooperation between the City, the Redevelopment Commission, and the neighborhood.
