They
p se to do the design development,
contract. documents and contract
administration at a fee of 9% of the
construction cost, based on a minimum
construction cost of $75,000. However,
the construction cost of the improvements
specified in the proposal by Billie's
Catering is approximately $100,000.
Mrs Kolata noted that the contract has
jus been received and has not been
rev ewed by the Legal Department.
How ver, it would help to move the
pro ect along if the Commission could
app ove the contract subject to review by
lecrctl counsel.
Mr. Donoho declared a conflict of
intorest. and abstained from voting.
Upor. a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded
by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried,
the Commission approved the contract with
H t- Kenrick Architects for design
senices in the South Bend Central
Dev opment Area, subject to review by
1 counsel.
