Chapin. <br />I'm just here to represent Charles Green <br />who is opposed to this. <br />. Is that your father? <br />Right. <br />Mrs. Kolata: I don't know if you were <br />here, but I read his letter into the <br />reccrd, so we do have that on record that <br />he is opposed to that. Is that in the <br />exnansion area also? <br />Mr. Green: That's right. <br />Mr. ffintz: Anybody else opposed? <br />Mrs. Kolata: Paula was just asking if <br />that (Mr. Green's) property was on our <br />list to be acquired. It is in the <br />boundaries to be included in the <br />redevelopment area, but it is not <br />scheduled to be acquired. There is no <br />acquisition other than the 1200 and 1300 <br />blocks of West Washington. Now, the <br />Ter a, Pettigrew, Allen & Payne study <br />calls for a second phase of acquisition a <br />little later along Chapin Street, but at <br />this point we have not done anything <br />along those lines yet. <br />Mr. imtz: We'll turn the meeting over <br />to the proponents. Councilwoman emeritus <br />y, we welcome you here this morning, <br />as always. I don't know who is going to <br />lead. off here. We'd be glad to hear from <br />you or will you designate a speaker? <br />Mrs. Brabo : I will yield to the <br />designated speaker, whomever that might <br />be.
