Anyone else in <br />Mr. Taddeo: Pete Taddeo, property owner <br />at corner of Western and Chapin. What <br />are the implications for the property <br />owners in the expansion area. <br />Mrs. Kolata: The expansion of the <br />redevelopment area expands the plan to <br />incorporate your area, saying, "Here is a <br />certain type of use that we want to see <br />in this area." At this point there is no <br />acqLisition scheduled in that part of the <br />arez., but that is always something that <br />is a. possibility. That would be one <br />implication. Another implication would <br />be that anything that would be <br />co tructed there, there is a Design <br />Review Committee within the area, and so <br />yo property, if you were to do <br />somEthing with that that required a <br />building permit, any exterior change <br />Would need to go before the Design Review <br />Cormittee. Those would probably be the <br />larcest ...you still have all the same <br />zoning requirements and building code <br />requirements that are anywhere else in <br />the <br />:o• Is there any hope of <br />the ingress /egress along Western <br />Mr. orris: That would be something that <br />we TA ould have to look at. And another <br />as far as implications to the use <br />of that property. Anything we do down <br />-there is going to follow the exact same <br />p s that we have followed all the way <br />through the Comprehensive Plan. That is, <br />getting input from the neighborhood, as a <br />starting point, and hoping that all the <br />property owners would participate in the <br />planning process, such as yourself, Mr. <br />Taddeo, so that we can all come up with a <br />use and a plan that we can all live with <br />and feel comfortable with. <br />-13- <br />
