Ms. Pfotenhauer <br />resTonded that the documents are a legal <br />t of the bid. <br />Mr. Nintz noted that he had talked with <br />Mr. Dobson's father about the possibility <br />of authorizing the sale of the property <br />perking receipt of the necessary <br />docLments. The Ccmission attorney <br />inf rmed Mr. Nimtz that it was not <br />' <br />des le to set such a precedent. <br />Ms. Kolata. asked Mr. Dobson to be sure to <br />include the division of responsibility <br />between Dennis Cripe and B & R Oil as to <br />who will move the house, improve the <br />hous e, etc. <br />Mrs. Kolata offered to have the docxmnents <br />for the Contract for Sale of Land drafted <br />prior to the next Commission meeting if <br />the required information is supplied to <br />the staff promptly. That would enable <br />the staff to close the transaction <br />rap' y and the project to move ahead on <br />Mr. Dobson indicated that they would have <br />provided the necessary information if <br />they bad ]mown it was required. Mrs. <br />Kolata responded that the bid packet <br />which they picked up listed all the <br />necessary information which should be <br />suhTitted with the bid. <br />
