Hunt, Executive <br />Director of the Department of Econcanic <br />Dev lcp -rent. <br />Upor a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the CEE7TIFICATE OF WAIVER FOR DEAN G. <br />Ccrmission approved the Certificate of HUNT IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />Waiyer for Dean G. Hunt in connection REN'T'AL REHAB IRAN PROGRAM <br />with the Rental Rehab Lean Program. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that we received one <br />bid on October 17th for the two vacant <br />lots on the corner of Columbia and <br />Bronson Streets. The bid was for the <br />minimum offering price and was properly <br />signed. However, there were several <br />required items which were not included in <br />the bid, including a narrative of the <br />puirose of the project, a site plan for <br />the property, financing information, and <br />a schedule for the project. The staff <br />reccmmendation is that the Commission not <br />take action on the proposal at this time, <br />but request the additional information <br />frcxd the bidder. <br />Mr. 4ike Dobson, representing the B & R <br />Oil and Dennis Cripe, addressed <br />the Dmmussion. He noted that they awn a <br />co 'ence store at 702 Lincolnway <br />They intend to purchase the <br />p at 718 Lincolnway East fram its <br />to be used for additional parking <br />for a convenience store. They wish to <br />the Redevelopment owned Property <br />in er to move the house located at 718 <br />-17- <br />
