Mr. Dobson responded <br />that they go before the Area Plan <br />'ssion for rezoning of the property <br />on November 21st. Mrs. Kolata noted that <br />the Commission was anticipating <br />rescheduling the November 10th meeting to <br />November 17th. That would still be in <br />time to go before the November 21st Area <br />Plan Commission meeting. <br />Mr. Nimtz tabled this matter until the <br />next,meeting of the Commission. <br />Mr. imtz offered to call a Special <br />Meeting of the Commission to consider the <br />mat if all documents were ready before <br />the anticipated November 17th meeting. <br />Mrs. Kolata requested permission to add two items <br />to the agenda. Mr. Nimtz asked if there was any <br />objection. There was no objection and items 6.e <br />and 6.f were added to the agenda. <br />e. <br />f. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that A. H. Gardner is <br />the property owner of parcel M2 -17. We <br />sent a purchase offer for $425.00. Mr. <br />Gardner had previously received an offer <br />for considerably more money for this lot <br />and had a title search done, but had not <br />been able to get an appraisal. He <br />offered to accept $650.00 as a counter <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Ccmmission authorized the acceptance <br />of tnie $650.00 counter offer from A.
