Mrs. Kolata has run the <br />Divisi <br />n of Redevelopment for the past <br />year aid <br />one -half and has done an <br />outstax1ing <br />job. The Mayor would like <br />to make <br />the recommendation that Ann be <br />officiiLIly <br />appointed Director of <br />Redeve <br />opment. Mr. Hunt will continue <br />to serre <br />as Executive Director of the <br />Dept. <br />Of Economic Development. <br />Upon a <br />motion made by Ms. Auburn, <br />second <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously <br />carried, <br />the the Commission appointed <br />Ann Ko <br />ata Director of Redevelopment and <br />reappointed <br />the following staff members <br />for 1989: <br />Jon Hunt, David Roos, Rick <br />Pitts, <br />Hedy Robinson, K.C. Pocius, <br />Cheryl <br />Phipps, Ruth Tate and Matthew <br />Mr. HiLuit noted that the Redevelopment <br />salary resolution follows the City's <br />salary ordinance. <br />Mrs. RIata. noted that the salaries were <br />$300 for 1989. A $400 bonus <br />to be I aid after June 1 to all full-time <br />employees as of January 1, 1989, is also <br />includE d in the resolution. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Ccmmission adopted Resolution No. <br />865 setting the salaries for the <br />Redevelopment Staff. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Ccnbs and unanimously carried, the <br />Regul Meetings of the Redevelopment <br />Commis ion were set for the 2nd and 4th <br />Fridays of each month at 10:00 a.m. <br />local time. <br />-3- <br />
