South Bend <br />Annual Orq <br />nt c muission <br />Meeting - January 3, 1989 <br />3. EILECITCR OF OFFICERS (Cunt.) <br />was seconded by Mr. Piasecki. There <br />being r o further nominations, and the <br />vote bE ing unanimous, Mr. Nimtz was <br />el President of the Commission for <br />1989. <br />Mr. N' z nominated Ms. Paula Auburn to <br />serve a s Vice- President of the South <br />Bend RE development Commission. The <br />motion was seconded by Mr. Combs. 'mere <br />being r o further nominations, and the <br />vote bE ing unanimous, Ms. Auburn was <br />elected Vice- President of the Commission <br />for 1989. <br />Mr. Nilitz nominated Mr. Roman Piasecki <br />to serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion <br />was seconded by Mr. Combs. There being <br />no further nominations, and the vote <br />being unanimous, Mr. Piasecki was <br />elected Secretary of the Cxatanission for <br />1989. <br />Mr. Do ho nominated Mr. Sandy Cmbs to <br />serve as Assistant Secretary of the <br />South lend Redevelopment Ccamnission. <br />The motion was seconded by Mrs. Auburn. <br />There being no further nominations, and <br />the vote being unanimous, Mr. Combs was <br />elect&4 Assistant Secretary of the <br />Connuis ion for 1989. <br />After the <br />election of officers, Mr. <br />Nimtz resumed <br />the Chair. <br />4. APPOINIMENT <br />OF STAFF <br />Mr. Hurt <br />noted that Mayor Kernan <br />recamiends <br />to the Commission that Ann <br />Kolata <br />be officially designated as <br />-2- <br />
