They <br />nec rly achieved their goal with the <br />$4(9,700. They were second in the state, <br />bet ind Indianapolis, in securing Section <br />312 funds for the commmity. <br />The commission recognized Bureau of <br />Housing Staff, Mary Richmond, Rosie <br />Co tonham and Paul Cornell for their fine <br />efforts. Four of these loans were made <br />to Urban Homesteaders. Ted Leverman and <br />hi staff, Judi Walton and Ben Barrett, <br />as isted with those loans. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that River Glen South <br />Associates has complied with all the <br />reqJirements in the Contract for Sale of <br />lani for Private Development. It is <br />app priate, now, to issue a Certificate <br />of pompletion for the project located on <br />Disbosition Parcel M -17. <br />Upo a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized the issuance of a <br />Cer:ificate of Ccupletion for River Glen <br />South Associates. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that there was a change <br />in the timetable for disposition of the <br />Tra estern Building. The schedule <br />pro sed previously by the Mayor set a <br />da of October 3,1988, for accepting <br />pro s for reuse of the building. <br />However, State Iaw requires that the <br />Commission go through a public <br />di sition process.
