At its <br />October 14th meeting, the Commission will <br />set a minimum bid price and give <br />authorization to offer the property. The <br />new schedule will ask for bids to be in <br />on December 2. The staff will review the <br />bids and make a recommendation on <br />9, either to accept a proposal <br />or to reject all bids and move to <br />de#olish the building. <br />Mrs. K lata reported that following the PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Septenter 9th commission meeting the Economic <br />Develorment Commission and the Common Council <br />approvEd the extension of the multi - family <br />revenuE bonds for the Can- American project. <br />They wEre extended to December 23, 1988. <br />Can-AxErican is moving ahead on the project. <br />They have asked their architect to complete <br />the workmig drawings and have asked their <br />gen contractor to go out for bids on the <br />cons ction work. <br />The n Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is scheduled for October 14, 1988 <br />at 10:00 a.m. <br />There bAng no further business to carne <br />before the Commission, Mr. Donoho made a <br />motion rhat the meeting be adjourned.
