Continued... <br />filo a petition for approval of execution <br />of he lease with the State Board of Tax <br />Co ssioners. <br />Mr. Piasecki asked how soon an accurate <br />payment figure would be available. Mrs. <br />Kolata responded that we are waiting for <br />Congress to decide whether the stadium is <br />eligible for tax exempt status. It is <br />imp6ssible to estimate when that decision <br />wili be made. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the ordinance will <br />be filed with the Council the week of May <br />2. At that time the Council will be <br />asked to suspend the rules and to hear <br />the ordinance and give final approval on <br />May 9 so that the State Tax Board process <br />can begin. <br />Upo a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by . Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Co 'ssion authorized Resolution No. 842. <br />e. gormtission approval requested for loans <br />in onnection with the Section 312 Loan <br />-am in accordance with the <br />m endation from the Bureau of <br />Ru Calvin <br />113 N. Huey St. <br />Ruf no & Diana Gayton <br />113 Harvey <br />Ora is Blad <br />4291S. Sheridan St. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that, although <br />information was supplied on the proposals <br />received, the Corrrnission does not approve <br />the award of the proposals. That is an <br />agreement between the homeowner and the <br />con <br />wil ractor.
