Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Comnission approved Resolution No. <br />834 expanding the boundaries of the South <br />Bend Central Development Area, <br />rede laring the area as expanded to be <br />blig ted, expanding the allocation area <br />for Durposes of tax incremental <br />financing, amending the Development Plan <br />and reapproving the Development Plan as <br />amended. <br />d. CommLssion approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for parcel <br />M5-110 in the South Bend Central <br />Deve opment Area. (Southold Heritage <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that parcel M5 -10 is <br />the Lot in Monroe Park which was sold to <br />Southold Heritage Foundation on which <br />they built a new house. The house is <br />comp eted and has been inspected. They <br />have met all the requirements set out in <br />the Contract for Sale of Land and, <br />therefore, qualify for this Certificate <br />of Cbmpletion. <br />Mr. imtz expressed indebtedness to South <br />Bend Heritage for the work they have done <br />in e Monroe Park area. <br />Mr. uecke invited anyone who is <br />interested in seeing the house to stop by <br />for a tour. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Co ssion approved the Certificate of <br />Completion for parcel M5 -10 in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />7. PROGRESSIREPORTS <br />Mrs. Kol to reported that the Design Review <br />Committee met last week to discuss the plans <br />for the Sherland Building.
