Continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that there were also <br />sup lementary letters of support from <br />Jeff Gibney of South Bend Heritage and a <br />loan application for a facade loan for <br />the project and a letter from Lykowski <br />Con ruction, Inc., house moving <br />Mr. imtz indicated that the Commission <br />WOU4 like to cooperate with the house <br />Mr. Piasecki inquired about where the <br />house would finally be located. Mrs. <br />Kola a responded that several locations <br />in e East Bank area are being <br />considered for a permanent site. All are <br />privately owned. Ms. Matthews pointed <br />out on a map the Redevelopment owned site <br />whic would temporarily be used to store <br />the house. It is located on Hill Street <br />nort of the Mint Julep. The proposed <br />to rary location is near many of the <br />possible permanent locations. <br />Ms. Auburn asked Mr. Wolf what he thought <br />the hances were of finding someone to <br />reno ate the house. Mr. Wolf stated that <br />he ought the chances were good if we <br />get e right piece of land with the <br />right value attached to it. He noted <br />that the house had been given an historic <br />rating of 11 by the Historic Landmark <br />Foun ation. (13 is the highest rating). <br />Mr. Wolf also noted that Center City <br />Associates did not intend to become <br />involved with the Probst House, other <br />than providing a loan, but was asked to <br />help when the previous plan fell through <br />and e situation became urgent. <br />Mr. Cook stressed that the members of the <br />CCA Board would not be inclined to let <br />this temporary situation drag on <br />indefinitely. He views it as a very <br />do-able project, but indicated that CCA <br />
