Mr. <br />CooR indicated that Don Larimore, <br />President of St. Joseph Medical Center <br />has been very helpful in extending the <br />deadline and that with the good faith <br />effort of locating a temporary site and <br />Lykcwski Construction beginning the move <br />preparations October 26, he feels certain <br />that the hospital will be patient a <br />little longer. <br />Ms. Schwartz suggested that regular <br />monthly reports be required informing the <br />Co mission of progress toward locating a <br />permanent site. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Corrbs and unanimously carried, the <br />Co mission authorized staff to work with <br />Center City Associates to determine a <br />temporary location for the Probst House <br />on redevelopment property, with Center <br />City Associates to obtain financing and <br />plans for the house by March 1, 1988, <br />that Center City Associates move the <br />house off the site by April 1, 1988, and <br />that sufficient liability insurance be <br />provided by Center City Associates with <br />the ity of South Bend and the <br />Redevelopment Commission as co- insureds. <br />a.
