NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />c. conriinuea... <br />Mrs Kolata read into the record the <br />Evi ence of Blight. <br />Com- nission today has reviewed <br />ence of blight and finds the <br />continues to be blighted and <br />ht is found in the area based on <br />following facts: <br />e Commission finds that the Area <br />signated as the Rum Village <br />dustrial Park continues to be <br />ighted due to the continued <br />istence of the unstable soil <br />nditions which was the original <br />ighting condition. The high cost <br />removing and replacing the <br />stable soil has been a deterrent <br />private business operations that <br />nnot be overcome by the normal <br />velopment process. <br />Mr. Nimtz asked if there was any <br />objection to this evidence being receeved <br />into the record. There was none and the <br />evidence was received into the record. <br />Mr. imtz asked if there was anyone who <br />desi ed to be heard concerning Resolution <br />No. 17. No one appeared to be heard. <br />Mr. imtz concluded the Public Hearing <br />for ahatever action the Commission <br />desired to take. <br />d. Co ssion approval requested for <br />Reso ution No. 817. <br />Mr. Diasecki asked why the original <br />declaration of blight for the Rum Village <br />Industrial Park is not sufficient. Mrs. <br />Kola responded that the declaration of <br />blig t is the same, but the resolution is <br />chan ed in its provision for collection <br />of iricrement from personal property <br />taxes.
