An Affidavit of David Kollar, editor <br />of the Tri- County News, that Notice <br />of Public Hearing was published in <br />that weekly newspaper on October 2, <br />1987. <br />4. An Affidavit of K.C. Pocius that a <br />Notice of Public Hearing was <br />delivered to Ms. Cathy Badics of the <br />Area Plan Commission, Ms. Mary Rose <br />Putz of the Board of Public Works, <br />. Linda Watson of the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals, Ms. Joan Evans of <br />he South Bend Building Department, <br />and Ms. Brenda Burns of the Park <br />Department on October 6, 1987 and <br />that a copy of the Notice was posted <br />n the 12th Floor of the County -City <br />uilding on October 6, 1987. <br />5. An original copy of the Area Plan <br />ommission's Resolution No. 95, <br />which deals with the subject of the <br />Public Hearing. <br />6. A certified copy of Resolution <br />1535 -87 of the Common Council of the <br />ity of South Bend relative to the <br />object of the Public Hearing. <br />7. copy of Resolution No. 810 of the <br />�edevelopment Commission. <br />8. of 10:00 a.m. on October 23, <br />987, 0 written remonstrances <br />ere received. <br />Mr. imtz asked if there were any <br />objections to the documents being <br />received into the record. There were <br />none and the documents were received into <br />the record. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Resolution No. 817 <br />for the Rum Village Industrial Park <br />handles personal property tax increment <br />the same as Resolution No. 816 does for <br />the 3tudebaker Corridor Development Area. <br />-12- <br />
