The majority <br />of these deteriorating structures <br />are residential. <br />Mr. Nimtz asked if there was any <br />objection to this evidence being <br />received into the record. There was <br />none and it was so received. <br />Mr. Nimtz asked if there was anyone who <br />desired to be heard concerning <br />Resolution No. 816. No one appeared to <br />be h1eard. <br />Mr. Nimtz concluded the Public Hearing <br />on Resolution No. 816 for whatever <br />action the Commission desired to take. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 816. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the NUMBER 816 <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 816. <br />c.
