Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 795 redeclaring the South <br />Bend Central Development Area to be <br />blighted and amending the <br />PlaA. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the development <br />plar is being amended to include Parcel <br />16 cf Block M -10. It is a small vacant <br />lot on the corner of South Street and <br />Lin olnway East in Monroe Park.
