OLD BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata introduced a report on the <br />properties the Redevelopment Commission owns <br />in the downtown and the East Bank, including <br />information on size, whether they have been <br />offered for sale or when they will be offered, <br />the marketing plan for the sites, and <br />indicating whether they would be offered in <br />the Zuc elli, Hunter & Associates prospectus <br />to developers. Attached to the report was a <br />letter sent to interested parties who had <br />recently -requested this information from us. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission a roval requested for <br />Res lution No. 792 petitioning the <br />Portage Township Assessor for a <br />reassessment of property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. <br />792, 793, and 794 deal with petitioning <br />the Portage Township Assessor for <br />reassessment of property in the South <br />Bend Central Allocation Area, the Rum <br />Village Industrial Park Allocation Area <br />and the Studebaker Corridor Allocation <br />Area.
