Kurowski <br />828 S. Harris St. <br />Ms. Baumgartner explained that sewage <br />repair insurance has a $500 deductible <br />and his grant is to cover that. The <br />reason the grant is for $416.68 and not <br />$500 is that Ms. Kurowski borrowed money <br />to e the first two payments on the <br />bill <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal and <br />grant in connection with the Emergency <br />Repair Program as listed above. <br />b. Con-mission approval requested for an <br />extension of the agreement between <br />William Meehan Jr., Coldwell Banker, as a <br />real estate agent for the L. Keen <br />Building. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commi.ssion approved an extension of the <br />agreffnent until July 1, 1987 between <br />William Meehan Jr. and the Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />7. Presentation on Studebaker Corridor Fringe <br />Area Plan <br />Mr. Hunt noted that this is a presentation of <br />a develorment concept rather than specific <br />develome t proposals. The fringe area is <br />approximately 36 acres bounded by Sample <br />Street or. the north, Franklin Street on the <br />west, Indiana Avenue on the south, and the <br />alley between Michigan Street and Main Street <br />on the east.
