Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />ComrLission approved a Certificate of <br />CoinDletion for Harbert Realty Company, Inc. <br />an <br />from One <br />an <br />for a chanae in <br />Partnership to One Michiana <br />na Limited Partnership in <br />Mr. Hunt noted that when the Commission sells <br />Redevelopment owned property there are certain <br />terins and conditions which must be satisfied. <br />One condition is that a change in ownership in <br />a piroject requires Commission approval of that <br />Mr. Kevin Butler was present representing One <br />Michiana Square Associates. Mr. Butler <br />exp ained that One Michigan Square Associates, <br />the developer of the property under the <br />Co ssion's contract, proposes to convey <br />title to the property to a new limited <br />partnership, One Michiana Investors. One <br />Michiana Square Associates will be the general <br />partner of this new limited partnership and <br />will continue to be fully responsible for the <br />development and operation of the project. The <br />sole limited partner will be a limited <br />parlmership known as One Michiana Investors. <br />The change in the partnership is needed to <br />co lete the financing for the project. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Co 'ssion approved a change in ownership from <br />One Michiana Square Associates, an Indiana <br />Limited Partnership, to One Michiana <br />Inv stors, an Indiana Limited Partnership. <br />d.
