Hill Townsend Construction <br />420 Kosciuszko Company <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />ComrLission approved a bid and loan in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan Program as <br />listed above. <br />Comnission approval r ested for a <br />Certificate of Completion for Harbert Realty <br />Inc., located within the South Bend <br />Cen --ral Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that the Design Review <br />Comnittee recommended that the Certificate of <br />Co letion be issued for Harbert Realty <br />Co y, Inc., after several required items <br />wer completed.
