NEW <br />C. <br />1i <br />:nd Redevelopment <br />Commission <br />Meeting <br />- April 25, 1986 <br />BUSI <br />SSI(Cont.) <br />continued... <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. <br />Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Co <br />ssion approved Resolution No. 773 <br />approving <br />the fair re -use value of land in the <br />South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />Comission <br />authorization requested to publish <br />Notice <br />of Intended Sale of Disposition Parcels <br />No. <br />-10, M2 -16, M9 -11 and M9 -13 in the South <br />Bend <br />Central Develcgrent Area with publication <br />dates <br />to be May 2, 1956 and May 9, 1986, and <br />receipt <br />of bids to be at 10:00 a.m. on May 19, <br />1986. <br />Hunt noted that this authorizes the <br />Mr. <br />Conwission <br />to set dates to advertise the above <br />noted <br />parcels for sale. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Ms. <br />Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Connission <br />authorized the request to publish <br />Notice <br />of Intended Sale of Disposition Parcels <br />No. <br />-10, M2 -16, M9 -11 and M9 -13 in the South <br />Bend <br />Central Development Area with publication <br />dates <br />to be May 2, 1986 and May 9, 1986, and <br />receipt <br />of bids to be at 10:00 a.m. on May 19, <br />1986. <br />Conuission <br />approval requested for temporary <br />leases <br />in conjunction with acquisition within <br />the <br />South Bend Central Devel2pnent Area. <br />Name Address <br />Elizabeth Love 513 S. Payments will begin <br />July <br />1, 1986 on these two properties. It is <br />the <br />staff's belief that both of the properties <br />will <br />be vacated prior to July.
