CowmLssion approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 773 approving the fair re -use value of <br />land in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />Mr. iunt explained that there are four parcels <br />in qiestion located in the Monroe Park section <br />of t e South Bend Central Development Area. <br />The Darcels involved are M5 -9, 4,400 s.f., <br />re -u e valuation of $527.50; M2 -16, 3,143 <br />s.f., re -use valuation of $375.00; M9 -11, <br />9,207 s.f., re -use valuation of $1,100.00; <br />and, M9 -13, 9,212 s.f., re -use valuation of <br />$1,1)0.00. All the parcels are proposed for <br />residential development.
