Mr. <br />Lev rman explained that the cost was in line <br />witi. the cost estimate prepared by the Bureau <br />of Housing staff based on average contractor <br />costs. <br />Ms. Auburn suggested that the Bureau send a <br />letter to Slutsky -Peltz Heating & Plumbing <br />expressing the concerns of the Commission in <br />the excessive cost of the water heater <br />relDl acement. <br />-2- <br />
