APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded MINUTES OF THE REGULAR <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the MEETING OF FRIDAY, FEBRUARY <br />minutes of the Regular Meeting of Friday, 14, 1986 WERE APPROVED <br />February 14, 1986 were approved. <br />3.
